Winter

CUBE NASSFELD is located directly next to the base station of the skilifts, making it a central starting point for winter sports activities in the breathtaking mountain world of Carinthia’s Nassfeld! The Nassfeld-Hermagor ski region is located in south-western Carinthia on the Austrian-Italian border. With 110 km of slopes, the region is one of the largest and most attractive ski regions in Austria.

Countless kilometres of winter hiking trails and cross-country tracks, immense natural ice surfaces and illuminated sled runs make Nassfeld-Hermagor a paradise for winter sports enthusiasts:

  • over 110 kilometres of pistes of varying degrees of difficulty
  • all pistes fully and completely covered by snow cannons!
  • boarder parks, boardercross-run
  • one of the longest floodlit runs in Europe (2,2km)
  • Weissensee: ice skating, ice hockey, curling or ice golf on the largest natural ice surface in Europe
  • winter hiking trails & cross-country tracks
  • and lots more...

FYI: The Nassfeld ski region is located in Austria’s sunny south and receives approximately 850 hours of sun during the winter season – 100 more hours of sun than on the north side of the Alps. Deck chairs await sun worshipers at any number of alpine lodges in the area!
